Yes, Olena, we can do that. Order 10432 hasn't shipped yet, so the address can be changed until 18:00 today. I've updated it to Nova Poshta branch 12, Lviv. You'll receive the tracking number this evening.

One customer question, and your manager opens six windows.

The question arrives in Instagram. The price is in a spreadsheet. The delivery rule is in Notion. The order is in the CRM. The manager asks a colleague in Telegram and waits. Forty minutes later the customer gets an answer — or has already bought somewhere else.

Support, sales and knowledge in one conversation.

Customers don’t split their question into “this is support, this is sales”. Neither does Supporter: the ticket, the sourced answer and the finished order live in the same thread.

AI you can trust with a customer’s answer.

It doesn’t invent. It reads your documents, FAQs, policies and product cards, finds the right paragraph and answers with that paragraph attached. You decide topic by topic: simple questions can go out on autopilot around the clock, and everything else arrives as a draft your manager approves in one click.

Yes, we ship to Poland with Nova Poshta Global. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days and costs 350 ₴ for parcels up to 2 kg. If you'd like, I can calculate the exact price for your order.

Six channels, one list of things to answer.

A customer writes in Instagram, then in Viber — the same person, the same history. Nobody has to remember where the conversation started, or which colleague replied last time.

Question
Can a customer return a lamp after 14 days?
Answer
Yes, but only for unused items in original packaging. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from delivery. After 14 days the refund goes to store credit instead of the original payment method. Delivery costs for the return are covered by the customer unless the item was faulty.

Your CRM stays where it is.

Supporter does not replace the system your orders and money live in. It takes the customer, the order and its status into the thread, and writes the conversation back to the customer card. Every integration below is in development, and customer requests set the order we build them in.

What changes on day one.

The same team, the same channels, the same questions. Only the number of places a manager has to look changes.

How Supporter compares.

Global helpdesks are strong on email and web chat. Ukrainian CRMs are strong on messengers and delivery. Supporter is built for both, with AI that cites your own documents.

Work out what it actually costs you.

Move two sliders and see the Supporter price for your team next to what the same volume costs elsewhere.

Questions teams ask before they try it.

The honest answers, including the one your team is actually worried about.

“What if the AI says something wrong to a customer?”

It sends nothing on its own until you let it. By default a hard question arrives as a draft: your manager sees the reply and the paragraph it came from, and sends it in one click. Autopilot is switched on topic by topic — order status first, the rest when you trust it.

“Will this replace our managers?”

No. It takes the fortieth “where is my parcel” of the day, not the conversation where a customer is deciding whether to buy. Your team stops retyping the same answer and keeps the work that actually needs a person — and a new hire stops interrupting colleagues to find the delivery rule.

“How long does it take to set up?”

The first channel takes about 15 minutes and no developer. Import your documents, connect Instagram or Telegram, and answers start coming with sources attached. If you would rather not do it yourself, our team sets everything up within a week for a one-time $490.

“Where do our documents end up?”

In your workspace, as the source of your answers and nothing else. We do not sell them, and we do not train a public model on them. Companies that need it can run Supporter on their own server.

“What does it cost when we grow?”

You pay for the workspace, not per message. Agents and AI replies are included in the plan, extra replies are $10 per 1,000, and when the included volume runs out autopilot pauses while your team keeps answering by hand. Nothing breaks and nothing bills you by surprise.

“What if we try it and it isn’t for us?”

Then you stop, and it has cost you nothing. The free plan has no card and no time limit, Business is free for 14 days, and there is no minimum term. Workspaces created in 2026 keep their price for 12 months.

Connect one channel today and see how many questions close without you.

Start free, no card. Add autopilot and sales when your team is ready. Early-access pricing is locked for 12 months, and your data and knowledge stay yours.
